CAMAS, WA (July 27, 2021) – PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. (PLEXSYS) Board of Directors appointed Doug Childress as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 16, 2020. Childress jumped in with both feet and immediately started contributing to the PLEXSYS success story. Based on this momentum, the November announcement was overshadowed by a flood of new tasks and the feeling Doug had been a part of the team for a long time.

Childress was previously the CFO at NetCentrics, an IT and Cybersecurity defense contractor in Herndon, VA. As a CPA and graduate of Southern Methodist University, Childress has a long history of growing defense contractors, mergers and acquisitions, and system upgrades. In addition to NetCentrics, Childress brings strategic and tactical leadership experience from Private Equity backed firms Tristar Aerospace, Westar Aerospace, Defense Group, and HDT Global. Doug and his family relocated to the PLEXSYS corporate headquarters in Camas, Washington, from Missouri.
